EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
The customer has 14 days after receiving their order to exchange or return their item(s), without needing to justify the reason.
To start the process you will need to send an email to @minimu.pt and wait for our response with instructions. In the email you must include: the order number; the reference of the products to be returned; and indication whether you wish to make an exchange or return. Alternatively, you can manage the return through your customer account, where you can request a full or partial return of the order.
The items to be returned must be in perfect condition and show no signs of use or alteration ; the product must also be in its original packaging, which must not be damaged or used as a form of shipping with the shipping notes directly attached. You must use secondary packaging , such as the one used for our shipping.
Shipping costs for returning items are borne by the customer , and there is no room for reimbursement of this amount, except in situations of defect or error on the part of Minimu. We recommend sending with registration, to ensure the traceability of the order. Minimu is not responsible for losses, transportation being the responsibility of the carrier/distribution service chosen by the customer.
Alternatively, items can always be returned to our physical store.
Once we have received the items and confirmed that they are in perfect condition, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used to make the purchase. This process may take up to 10 days.
If the customer prefers to exchange the item directly (for another size or color) , the shipping costs of the new order will be your responsibility. Exchanges are always limited to existing stock.
